Connie was strictly following legal guidelines and was unable to comply with the illegal request you made. Additionally, the manner in which you spoke to her was rude and disrespectful. Despite this, Connie offered you solutions to address your concerns. However, after you told her to "find a new job," she rightfully ended the conversation. The following day, I personally tried to call you to discuss the matter, but the call was ended abruptly after you used profanity towards me. I do not tolerate disrespectful behavior toward my staff or myself. Your accusations are unfounded, and I stand by the professionalism and integrity of my team. Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. While we welcome constructive feedback, the tone & personal remarks directed toward members of our team are disappointing and do not reflect the type of respectful interaction we strive to maintain with everyone we serve.
